We have particular experience with organisations championing fairness and equity in recruitment and employment.

Our work has touched on recruitment processes, procurement standards, workplace practices, reducing opportunities for exploitation and modern slavery, and the needs of disadvantaged groups seeking employment.

We’ve done a range of work such as strategy development, stakeholder engagement, white papers and reports, consultation responses and direct engagement with political decision-makers to support charities, campaign groups and ethical business initiatives with their work in this area.

It’s a topic we feel passionately about and want to help organisations, big and small, to open up opportunity to those who may have been excluded and to make great strides towards their goals in this area.
